By submitting content, you grant ManyPeak a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, transmit, and display such content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services.

• You own or control the necessary rights to submitted content.

• Content does not infringe third-party rights.
• Content does not contain unlawful, harmful, or deceptive material.

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including but not limited to:

remain the property of ManyPeak or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership rights to users.

Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit platform materials without prior written authorization.

Certain Services may require paid subscriptions. Users agree that:

• Violation of applicable laws
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Misuse of generated content

ManyPeak may suspend or terminate access to the Services at its discretion if:

• Security concerns arise
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Legal obligations require action
• Platform integrity is threatened

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
